Comic Republic’s CR Motion Plus has announced a groundbreaking collaboration with Arc and Beyond, JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization), and Megumi Okawa the acclaimed production manager known for her work on One Piece to bring “Trials of the Spear” to life as a full-fledged animated epic.

Slated for release in Spring 2026, this project promises to merge the soul of Nigerian storytelling with the precision and artistry of Japanese animation, creating a cultural fusion the world has never seen before.

Speaking about the partnership, Jide Martin, CEO of Comic Republic, shared:
