JFF Theater is the Japan Foundation’s online streaming platform, created to popularize Japanese films and videos worldwide.
It complements the on-site Japanese Film Festival (JFF), which launched in 2016 to promote Japanese cinema globally, initially in ASEAN countries and Australia, and later expanding to Africa, China, Russia, India, Brazil, and beyond.
