Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos. The room is full of Nollywood royalty Odunlade Adekola, Jide Kosoko, RMD, Kunle Afolayan, Dele Odule, Yemi Sodimu and then there’s Oga Bello himself, Adebayo Salami, veteran of Yoruba cinema and father of the man whose name is on the building, standing there with tears in his eyes.
This is what the launch of Euphoria 360 Hub felt like from the inside.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it, Odunlade Adekola turned to Femi Adebayo and completely deadpan asked: “What work do you do exactly?” The whole room fell apart. Femi laughed. Because the question, asked jokingly, was also kind of the point. What kind of actor what kind of creative entrepreneur builds something like this?
The answer is standing in Oregun.
What Euphoria 360 Hub Actually Is
Let’s be clear about the scale here because the details matter.
Pulse Nigeria reported the facility is valued at ₦40 billion. This is not a studio apartment converted into a green screen room. This is a fully built-out, cinema-grade, end-to-end creative production facility the kind of infrastructure Lagos has needed for years and has mostly been forced to piece together from different locations.
Femi Adebayo built the hub as the official headquarters of his production company, Euphoria360 Media Ltd the same company behind King of Thieves, Jagun Jagun (which went to Netflix), and Seven Doors.
The hub gives that company a permanent, professional home. But it’s not just for Euphoria360 productions, it’s open as a service facility for any creative who needs access to world-class infrastructure in Lagos.

Here’s what the full facility covers:
Production: Cinema-grade film production stages. Music video sets. Content creation spaces for creators of all kinds. Events spaces for live performances and branded activations. The facility is designed so that whatever you’re shooting a Netflix series, a music video, a YouTube short, a corporate video you can do it under one roof.
Post-Production: This is where it gets serious. The hub features a Dolby Atmos sound facility, the same audio standard used in major international cinema releases.
Video editing suites. Motion graphics capability. Sound design and mixing. Colour grading. Visual effects. This is not basic post-production. This is professional-grade work at international standard, available in Lagos.
Distribution and Business Services: Content distribution support. Equipment rentals for productions that don’t need the full facility. Advertising, public relations and media consultancy so creatives who’ve built something can also get help getting it seen.
Training (The Euphoria360 Film Academy) : This is the element that makes the hub more than a commercial facility. Built into Euphoria 360 Hub is a full film academy offering training, workshops, masterclasses, internships and networking opportunities for emerging filmmakers and creative professionals. The infrastructure doesn’t just serve established players it’s explicitly designed to develop the next generation.
Euphoria 360 Hub was already working before its official commissioning. The facility had been operational as a filming location before Tuesday’s event and one of its first productions was Davido’s music video for “B4 B4”, featuring Mayorkun and FOLA.
That means by the time the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, cut the ribbon on October 6 one of Nigeria’s biggest artists had already validated the space with one of his projects.
That is a preview of what Euphoria 360 Hub intends to be: the facility that the biggest Nigerian creative projects choose, not because they have to, but because the quality justifies it.
The emotional moment of the launch wasn’t the ribbon cutting or the speeches from industry veterans. It was watching Adebayo Salami a man who has given his entire life to Yoruba cinema stand in his son’s building and cry.
“I am deeply proud of my son and what he has achieved with this project. Seeing him reach this stage is an emotional and fulfilling moment for me as a father. This achievement is a testament to his hard work, dedication and passion for the creative industry.” Adebayo Salami (Oga Bello)
And then there was actress Peju Ogunmola who captured what many in the room were feeling: “Every time I see Femi Adebayo succeed, I always pray to God to also let me eat the fruit of my labour.”
That is what this launch was about beyond the square footage and the Dolby Atmos system. It was about what becomes possible when a creative person from this industry decides to build the infrastructure that the industry deserves.

Why This Matters for Nigerian Creatives
Lagos has talent. What Lagos has historically lacked is world-class, centralised, accessible creative infrastructure. Productions piece together studios from multiple locations. Post-production goes to facilities that are expensive, booked out, or not built to international standard. Training for emerging creatives is scattered and inconsistent.
Euphoria 360 Hub, if it operates as designed, solves a significant portion of that problem in one building. The Dolby Atmos facility alone positions Nigerian audio post-production at a level that has previously required sending work abroad. The Film Academy gives emerging filmmakers access to infrastructure they could never have afforded independently.
When Femi Adebayo said on Instagram “This is more than a launch. It is a moment of becoming” he wasn’t being dramatic. Building something like this in Nigeria, at this scale, is a statement about what the creative industry here is capable of when someone decides to bet on it properly.
The money may have finished building it. But what it builds next is just getting started.
