Superhero fans love a good “who would win?” debate. Put Spider-Man against Green Lantern, Superman against Thor, or Black Panther against Batman and the arguments can go on for hours.
But what happens when we bring that same energy to Nigerian superheroes?
Imagine StrikeGuard from Spoof Animation’s Hero Corps standing across from Guardian Prime of Comic Republic. One is connected to Yoruba mythology and the spirit of the ancient warrior Ajagbeja. The other is the powerful Guardian known as humanity’s “fifth element”.
Both are built to protect people. Both are powerful. But they don’t fight in exactly the same way.
So, if these two heroes ever crossed paths, what would each bring to the battle?

His real name is Tunde Jaiye, and his origin is based around the concept of the Guardian, the “fifth element” alongside Earth, Water, Air, and Fire.
